  Avec nos 6 300 Points Relais® en France, nous vous proposons une solution simple pour retirer ou envoyer vos colis.

  Supérettes, marchands de journaux, pressings, fleuristes… : nos Points Relais ® sont des commerçants de proximité. Notre réseau est unique et très dense : vous trouverez un de nos Points Relais® à côté de chez vous.

  Les colis seront livrés aux points relais du lundi au samedi. La plupart des points relais sont ouverts dès 8h afin de vous permettre de récupérer vos colis quand vous le souhaitez.

  Une pièce d’identité vous sera demandée à réception du colis

  Vous recevrez un email ou SMS de notification lorsque votre colis sera arrivé en point relais.

  Vous disposez de 14 jours pour retirer votre colis, passé ce délai il sera retourné à l’expéditeur.

  

  Wähle einen Hermes PaketShop deiner Wahl als Zustelladresse. Dies bietet dem Empfänger die Möglichkeit, das Paket zur gewünschten Zeit abzuholen. Möglich ist dies für Versand im Inland für folgende Paketgrößen: Hermes Päckchen, S, M oder L.

  Halte den Abholcode und deinen Ausweis bereit, wenn du dein Paket abholst.

  Zulässige Ausweisdokumente für die Abholung

  Eine Abholung ist nur mit Vorlage des eigenen EU-Personalausweises, eines EU-Reisepasses oder eines internationalen Reisepasses (gilt für Bürger aus Ländern außerhalb der EU) möglich. Beachte bitte, dass keine Aufenthaltstitel bzw. Aufenthaltsgenehmigungen akzeptiert werden.

  Deine Sendung wird 10 Tage lang im PaketShop gelagert, bevor es an boohoo zurückgeschickt wird.

  Die Lieferung an den PaketShop deiner Wahl erfolgt zwischen 12 und 18 Uhr.

  Du wirst per SMS über den Status deiner Bestellung auf dem Laufenden gehalten.

  Bitte halte dein Ausweisdokument für die Paketabholung bereit.
